When we master these coaching skills, we don’t just execute tasks—we shape conversations that create real change. Investing in these skills allows professionals to lead with clarity, inspire action, and create environments where collaboration thrives.
Namaste as a greeting serves as a reminder that we are made of the same stuff. Hindus often greet with the phrase- Namaste- it is a phrase that you might have heard at the end of a yoga class, but it’s meaning is significance and a beautiful concept for regenerative, human leadership.
Coaching provides time to think. Take time, make a choice.
When we have time to think, we can learn more about ourselves, the situation, and others.
As you navigate constant change, be intentional in how you plan for and make space for human connection, effective communication, and a more compassionate way to handle constant change.
To teach leaders how to communicate. We need to first learn how to learn, which means we need to; learn how to unlearn, so we can learn how to relearn.
Unconditional Positive Regard is to accept and value a person, to respect and care for a person in a positive light, no matter what. Even when they are flawed, even when they might think, feel and behave in ways that we or others might not like.
Gratitude is taking a moment to reflect on how good things are. Not only when something good happens, whether it's small or big, but even on the most ordinary days.
Notice what you notice. Pay attention to your attention. Think about your thinking. And learn about the three types of Gratitude.
If you can not measure it, you can not improve it.
So why do we suddenly forget this when it comes to our own ways of thinking and behaving.
There is more to self awareness than being focused on ourselves. We have an impact on the people and environment that we come in contact with everyday. We are interconnected, so get connected to the person closest to you… YOU!

In short, a glimmer is a the opposite of a trigger.
A glimmer is an experience that could be big or small, could be internal or external that gives us a feeling of safety, happiness and joy. And we sure need that in the world we operate.
Glimmers are really important ways for us to regulate our emotions and the impacts they can have on our whole nervous systems.

I Declare Optimism October! There are many reasons why it is normal to be feeling down in October… Let’s choose a new trajectory for October. I wanted to fill my own mind with optimistic thoughts and ideas and I get the feeling that it might have a positive ripple effect so I hereby declare this Optimism October
We follow the advice to …“Keep it simple, stupid.” But often life and people are not simple. The fear of complexity is actually the fear of uncertainty, which often triggers a need for control. We can open and switch our mindsets to find more calm in complexity. Reframe the challenges to bring us out of our panic zone and into our stretch zone because that is where we will grow and learn, innovate and overcome our challenges.
This is Part 2 of 2 on journaling to help you to get more value from your journaling practice. Part 1 gave you tips on getting started and making journaling a consistent practice. Leadership visibility is incredibly important, however, leading is less about the decisions you make behind closed doors and much more about how you are able to involve, inspire and ignite action from the people who play a role in your business success. Leader isn’t a leader if she has no followers.Human Leadership is about how others feel about themselves when they are with you. Do they feel MORE inspire and energised, MORE capable and confident, MORE a part of something meaningful?
The task of engaging often comes down to the job of the leader or manager. Many times the leader has a long list of duties that include- connecting with and keeping the team engaged. This involves nurturing a relationship and communicating in a clear, concise and empathetic way. A human way.
These three years have offered something new, hard lessons, fulfilling and elating experiences but mostly relationships that are rich, meaningful and full of joy! For all that I am thankful and I would like to share more about what more Humanly is developing into next, more people , more potential and more impact.
Humaneness is about a connection to who we are at the most basic level and how we share that essence with every other human being. It is what makes us the same and not different. It asks us to realise that we are not just thinking beings that happen to feel- but rather we are feeling beings that happen to think.
Leaders are being challenged to be more authentic. But what does authenticity mean and how can you find and nurture it?
Human leadership creates the space for inclusive cultures. Inclusive cultures; require human leadership where we think with curiosity, feel with compassion and act with courage.
