EVENTS, GROUP SESSIONS AND COURSE DATES
Inner work, leads to outer change
Let’s learn and share a space.
Space to grow, reflect, rethink and change.
One where we can see ourselves and each other, more Humanly.
Humanly events are a way that you can get involved, do the work on yourself, grow as a leader, help to lead others to do the work and share.
The Artist's Way Circle 3
What is it?
As the author Julia Cameron says, “There is no such thing as a non-creative person.”
The book is a 12-week programme designed to help you recover your creativity from a variety of blocks, including limiting beliefs, fear, self-sabotage, jealousy, guilt, addictions, and other inhibiting forces—replacing them with artistic confidence and productivity.
This group is a “cluster,” meaning we follow the 12 weeks together. It offers connection, community, accountability, and simply makes the whole experience more fun!
What to expect
What you need: A copy of the book (any edition — second-hand is great!) and a notebook. You can also buy the official workbook if you prefer, but it’s not required.
Kick-off call: January 16, 2026
Official start: The programme begins on the following Sunday or Monday.
Cost: It’s free to join!
Accountability tools
Mid-way call: in March for us to connect and keep you going.
WhatsApp group: This will be our main space for accountability. You can simply be inspired by others or share your own photos, messages, voice notes, or any other type of update.
Close-out call: at the start of April
We have just 10 places. If you want to join, here’s what to do:
Reply to this email and include your phone number so I can add you to the WhatsApp group.- I will let you know if you have a place- FIRST COME BASIS!
Buy the book before January 16 (maybe Santa will bring it if you ask nicely!).
You don’t need to have read anything before the first call, but you can dip into the pre-chapters if you want
Once the 10 places are filled, we will close the group (until a possible fourth group in 2026!).

About Open Group Supervision with Chaya: Let's make space for you.
Coaching is meaningful work, a path that brings such a valuable thinking space to our clients, and is asks a lot of us as humans to hold space for our clients.
I will hold space for you.
Space for your reflection, exploration and growth.
I am Chaya Mistry, a human leadership and communication coach. I invite you to join my two hour open group supervision for a small number of coaches at a time.
My belief about supervision is that it is the long exhale we need and a steady, nourishing breath in. It is a safe space to notice, reflect and think together to build your confidence, capability and competence as a coach.
I believe in four core functions of our supervision.
Compassionate space to take care of yourself, to release and heal and resource yourself to coach emotionally and physically.
Build curiosity about your stuckness- These might be challenges, ethical dilemmas, emotional triggers, boundary issues. Move from assumptions and judgements to acceptance and fascination.
Courage to learn and grow from your reflective practice. A safe place for vulnerable reflection and intention setting can help us to grow, learn and build a professional and ethical practice that is authentically yours.
Creativity, learn by exploring possibilities, groups can be a space for inspiration and innovation, learning as a whole group and being infinitely more creative together. Moving from a fertile thinking space to authentically motivated actions.
